It’s more than a typical healing/coaching session.
Our sessions are possibly the opposite of what you might expect. Typically, people feel overwhelmed and have big problems to resolve – and they anticipate that the session centers around looking at those problems and learning how to manage being overwhelmed.
In our session, we explore from different angles to identify the root of what is causing you to be overwhelmed. Exploration allows us to identify your problem.
You think, “What does the root mean? I don’t want to dig-up my trauma history. How many sessions will that take?” Rest assured and remember – our sessions are not therapy or counseling sessions. 🙂
We are looking at the energy that fuels emotions, beliefs, and behaviors. And, more importantly, you get to experience and practice what it’s like to feel and think contrary to what brought you to our session in the first place.
Things begin to shift and change.
Many shifts and changes happen in the session. Some of these shifts and changes will stick. It’s not much different from solving a math problem, and then, you experience an “aha moment.”:)
Some shifts require a change in your lifestyle and philosophy of life. Again, this is not much different from learning a new mathematical formula. It’s a matter of practice.
No worries! I won’t give you homework, and you can restructure your day. You will discover the one thing that you will do differently moving forward. Whatever you are changing in your day to day life will feel light and easy – and have a ripple effect.
You already know what it’s like to live with being overwhelmed, stressed, and full of problems.
Feeling ‘lighter and easier” is the whole point. 🙂
